The European Council of Shopping Places announces the election of Joanna Fisher as its new chair. Julien Bouyeron appointed as new Secretary General

The European Council of Shopping Places (ECSP), the voice for Europe’s retail property sector, today announces the election of Joanna Fisher as its new Chair. She replaces Peter Wilhelm, who is stepping down.Julien Bouyeron has also joined the Council as its new dedicated Secretary General.

Joanna Fisher is currently the CEO of ECE Marketplaces, where she is responsible for the entire shopping center business in the ECE Group, one of Europe’s leading shopping centre businesses. With a 50-year history, it has a portfolio of approximately 200 destinations across Germany and Europe. Julien Bouyeron joins us from the European DIY Retail Association, where he held the position of director of European Affairs. He has over 10 years of experience dedicated to EU-focused advocacy programmes. Both their biographies can be seen in the team section of the ECSP website.
